How I work

I don’t give ready-made forms.
I don’t teach “the right way” to move.
I share principles — and teach how to master your body.

I don’t ask you to copy.

I give a structure so you can find your own:

  • movement

  • expressiveness

  • presence

It’s not about imitation. It’s about individuality that captivates.

Meet Anna Karpukhina

I never really chose my profession - it feels like it chose me.
My love for movement started very early: at the age of three I was already dancing, certain that one day I would become a choreographer.
But in college I realized something deeper — my true calling was to work with actors.

I’ve always been fascinated by how movement and gesture reveal character. How the smallest details — the tilt of the head, the way the body holds itself, a subtle gesture — can tell us more than words and move an audience far more strongly than speech.

Today, movement for me is not just a tool, but a language — the language of the body.
