description

This is not fitness, not yoga, and not “how to dance the right way.”
It’s two hours of movement to shake off tension, breathe out, and feel alive. We’ll try simple exercises and a bit of improvisation — solo, with a partner, and in a group. You’ll feel how the body comes alive and energy returns.

Suitable for everyone, no prior experience needed.
